5 stars because yesterday August 30th I came in the emergency department because I was having my second pregnancy loss. I was alone with no family or anything and I was heavily bleeding and passing lots of clots and just so overwhelmed and heartbroken over the loss of my pregnancy. The nurses in the emergency department that worked with me and helped me get up and comforted were the most amazing women ever and I wish I knew their names so I could send them flowers. They took amazing care of me, comforted me, were super helpful and hospitable they have no idea how much it meant to me. I believe two of the nurses that worked with me was Mallory (I think her name was) and Genie? There were also a couple others and they were so great. At a time of vulnerability and feeling alone, they made me feel not so alone. Those nurses really need recognition or something ... they work in the right place and are immensely appreciated for what they've done for me. If you girls see this thank you so much

I visited Rancho Springs' ER after I sliced my finger pretty bad while cleaning the blender. I dreaded making the trip but my best efforts to fix this deep laceration were not working. I arrived at about 6 am. From the time I got there and was checked in by the receptionist ( who also takes your vitals) to the time I left, everything was great. Since my insurance changed I have had nothing but good things to say about Rancho/Regal Medical group and after having Loma Linda as my hospital for many years, I am happy to say that I received great care here at Rancho Springs Hospital. I did not want stitches because I have a phobia of needles and was scared. The doctor was able to fix this with a medical glue and then made a contraption to put my finger in to keep it comfortable but immobile until it healed. On the way out, the lady in the area I checked out at provide me an important piece of information of mine that I could not get from the state of California after requesting many times over the last five years. She was able to press print and make me a copy of this very insurance document that saved me a lot of money as a single, disabled woman. Without me even asking!! The only regrets I have was not getting these individuals names-which I usually do but this was a higher stress situation for me so I wasn't thinking too well. Thank you all so very much and thanks again to that awesome and friendly doctor. I've been in doctors, hospitals, ERs and there are so many narcissists in the medical industry that it makes me erything that much worse. You all were genuinely kind and amazing. Don't hesitate to try this hospital or Regal Medical group! When I lost my doctors and hospital, it ended up being a blessing in disguise that I did not see at the time!

This facility has been amazing over the years. I've brought my child here when she was jaundiced as a baby, came here many times for emergency services and today here for a dear friend that was admitted. My only complaint is how dirty it was in the ER and in the ER rooms. When taking my loved one for a CT this is this filth left under her bed. She just arrived in this room so we know this filth/trash is from previous patients. Wish it was cleaner but overall happy with this facility.

I gave birth on May 6th 24 and keep forgetting to leave a review about my experience at this hospital, which it was awesome, all staff at the hospital were very professional and kind, I was very impressed specially with the lactation consultants they have, they definitely know what they are doing and how to guide you to help your breast milk flow. They really know what they are doing and all the nurses are also very helpful. Thank you all for the great experience since it was my first pregnancy I was really, really scared and nervous.
